Dynamic simulation reveals resonance, transient peaks, bearing and contact loads, and critical speeds that static checks miss. Catching these issues in simulation saves prototype cycles, prevents costly field failures, and reduces lifetime maintenance costs.
Full Dynamic Simulation Report - We document the simulation setup. Inputs, boundary conditions and assumptions so that you can see exactly how the system was modelled and which operating scenarios were tested.
Graphs, Animations & Short Videos - We provide time-history plots and short animations that show how the mechanism moves, where loads spike and when problematic vibrations occur. Great for presentations or supplier handoff.
Risk Identification (bearing loads, critical speeds) - We highlight critical speeds, bearing & joint loads and transient peaks that could cause wear, fatigue or failure so you can address the real risks.
Design Improvement Recommendations - You’ll get prioritized, practical fixes. For example, add damping, change stiffness, redistribute mass, or alter clearances with clear notes on expected impact and ease of implementation.
FEA of Key Components (Optional) - When simulation flags a risky component, we can run focused FEA on that component to quantify stresses acting on it.
Revised CAD (Optional) - If you want implementation-ready files, we update the CAD to include the recommended fixes and deliver STEP/IGES files ready for suppliers.
